Supporting careers. Sharing experience. Building connections.
The St George’s Mentoring Scheme has been created to bring together members of our community at different stages of their careers.
Whether you are just beginning your career, considering a change in direction, or looking to take the next step, our Mentors can offer valuable experience, practical advice and encouragement from their own professional journeys.
We are fortunate to have a community of the St George’s Association working across a wide range of professions and industries. The Mentoring Scheme provides an opportunity to share that knowledge and help others make informed decisions about their future.

You can also share your career story with the wider community. We can feature your journey as an article on St George’s Association Connect, giving others an insight into your experiences, challenges and achievements and providing inspiration as they consider their own career path.

Mentees can then make contact securely through the platform. Your personal contact details will not be made available to Mentees.
Once contact has been established, the Mentor and Mentee can decide together what form of communication and support works best for them.
